: After obtaining the necessary permissions from the Ethics Committee of the Kerman University of Medical Sciences (code: IR.KMU.REC.1399.643) as well as from the relevant treatment centers (hospitals), the data collection process began. All procedures involving human participants were conducted in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional and/or national research committee and with the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki and its later amendments. Participants were fully briefed about the research objectives, and confidentiality and voluntary participation were assured. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to data collection. The questionnaires were completed in a quiet and private setting, and research assistants were available to answer any questions if needed. All collected data were securely stored, with access restricted to the research team, in addition to maintaining participant anonymity and confidentiality.
