: This study was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of Khoy University of Medical Sciences (code: IR.KHOY.REC.1404.013). The study was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki. Prior to the interviews, written informed consent was obtained from all participants. The objectives and methods of the study were explained to the nurses, and participants were informed that they could withdraw from the study at any stage. Data were anonymized by assigning numerical codes to the interviews. Additionally, the audio files of the interviews were stored confidentially in a numerically coded folder on a computer. Permission was also obtained from hospital administrators.
