: The study was conducted in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki and relevant institutional guidelines. The study involved healthcare professionals and did not include patients, clinical interventions, or experimental treatments. According to the institutional policies of the University of Verona, studies focused on organizational processes and professional experiences and not involving patients or the collection of sensitive personal data are exempt from formal ethics committee approval; therefore, ethical approval was waived. All participants received detailed information about the aims and procedures of the study and provided written informed consent prior to participation. Specific consent was obtained for audio recording of the interviews. Anonymity and confidentiality were ensured by removing all identifiers from the transcripts and replacing them with participant codes.
