: The data were collected from a single hospital, which may limit the generalizability of the findings to nurses working in different institutional or cultural contexts. Additionally, the intensive workload and shift schedules of nurses may have influenced participation and response patterns. Despite these limitations, the study provides valuable insights into the relationships among job satisfaction, technostress, and motivation in a digitally intensive healthcare environment and offers a foundation for future longitudinal and multi-center research.
