: In accordance with the Medical Research Involving Human Subjects Act (Dutch abbreviation WMO) ethical approval for this research was received from the executive board of the Medical Ethics Committee of Isala in Zwolle, the Netherlands (# 231004). We committed to Data Protection and Privacy regulations, as well as to obtain informed consent. This study was conducted in accordance with the ethical guidelines set out in the Declaration of Helsinki.
: Informed consent was obtained in writing from all individual participants included in the study. Participants completed an informed consent form before the interview. They were also guaranteed anonymity, and the confidentiality of their data would be strictly protected. They were informed about the voluntary nature of their participation and the option to withdraw without consequences.
