: The study was conducted in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. An introductory page to the survey informed participants about the study’s purpose, the voluntary nature of their participation, and the anonymous handling of their data according to data protection regulations (DSGVO). The need for formal ethics approval was waived by the ethics committee of the Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen, as the research did not involve interventions or sensitive personal data beyond the scope of standard occupational surveys and all participation was fully anonymous and voluntary.
