: This study protocol was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Tokyo (Approval no: 2022111NI) and adhered to the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. Annual implementation status reports are mandatory; therefore, the review was conducted using the approval number initially issued by the Institutional Review Board. The summary of the results and the status of the manuscript submission were reported to the Ethics Committee on March 17, 2025, and the review has been completed. To protect students as a potentially vulnerable population in an educational setting, a two-step consent process was implemented. Prior to the session, students received written and verbal information about the study and provided web-based informed consent to participate in the research, including permission to link pre- and post-session survey responses using pseudonyms. Participation was independent of course grading or academic evaluation.
