: Prior to data collection, the study followed VID university college Institutional Review Board`s institutions ethical guidelines [ ]. According to VID’s guidelines, studies that do not involve patient data are required to obtain approval from SIKT- Norwegian Agency for Shared Services in Education and Research [ ]. SIKT serves as an institutional review body and is a knowledge sector service provider organized as a Norwegian governmental administrative body under the Ministry of Education and Research to assess whether privacy is adequately protected [ ]. SIKT assessed the processing of personal data as lawful and approved the interview guide and informed consent. Approval was granted under reference number 711,497, confirming that data protection and privacy considerations were adequately addressed. All participants provided written informed consent prior to participation, and were fully informed about the study’s objectives, procedures, and their right to withdraw at any time. The research was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki (2025).
