: This study was conducted in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. Ethical approval was obtained from the Maltepe University Clinical Research Ethics Committee (Approval number: 2025/22 − 06, Date: 13.11.2025). Institutional permission was also granted by the administration of the university hospital where the study was conducted. All participants were informed about the purpose, procedures, voluntary nature of participation, and confidentiality of the study prior to data collection. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants before the interviews. Participants were assured that they could withdraw from the study at any time without any consequences. All data were de-identified and coded to protect participant confidentiality. As interviews were conducted face-to-face, anonymity could not be guaranteed; however, identifying information was removed during transcription.
