: For this survey, no formal ethical approval was required, since the participants were not subjected to procedures or required to follow rules of behaviour (according to the Dutch Act - Medical Research Involving Human Subjects [ ]). Participation in the survey was voluntary and participants were informed that their responses would be coded and analyzed in aggregate, ensuring that individual responses could not be traced back to any participant. In accordance with the Dutch General Data Protection Regulation [ ], the study was exempt from Medical Ethical Review and informed consent was deemed unnecessary.
