: Any data utilized in the submitted manuscript have been lawfully acquired in accordance with The Nagoya Protocol on Access to Genetic Resources and the Fair and Equitable Sharing of Benefits Arising from Their Utilization to the Convention on Biological Diversity. The study adhered to the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki and the ICMJE Recommendations for the Conduct, Reporting, Editing, and Publication of Scholarly Work in Medical Journals. The Regional Committee for Medical and Health Research Ethics (REK Western Norway) assessed that the project was not subject to review according to the Norwegian Health Research Act (reference number 240604). The Norwegian Agency for Shared Services in Education and Research (Sikt) approved the processing of confidential data (reference number 190602). Fieldwork permission was obtained from all participating municipalities. According to national regulations, no further ethics approval was required. All participants provided informed consent to take part in our study.
