: Prior to the beginning of the study, ethical approval was obtained from the Ethics Committee of Urmia University of Medical Sciences (Ethics No. IR.UMSU.REC.1403.103). This study was prospectively registered in the Iranian Registry of Clinical Trials on 15 July 2024 ( IRCT20240708062366N1 , ). After trial registration, participant recruitment began on 1 August 2024 and continued until 1 October 2024. Written informed consent was collected from all participants before enrollment, and all aspects of the study complied with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. Participants were informed of their right to withdraw from the study at any stage without any consequences. After the completion of the study, educational materials were also provided to the control group to ensure equitable access to information.
