Ethical approval for the research was obtained from the Ethics Committee of Chengdu Medical College, with the approval number: Cheng Medical Ethics Review No. 2025NO.044. Prior to the commencement of data collection, all individual participants included in the study were fully informed of the study purpose, research procedures, data anonymization measures, confidentiality protection protocols, and the right to withdraw from the study at any time without adverse consequences. Each participant voluntarily signed a written informed consent form, which also included authorization for audio recording of the interviews. The informed consent process ensured that participants had a clear understanding of the study and made autonomous decisions to participate.
