: Ethical approval for this study was obtained from the Scientific Research Ethics Committee at Taif University (IRB No: 46–285; Date: 2025-04-17). The study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and the regulations of the National Committee of Bioethics in Saudi Arabia. All participants were provided with detailed information about the study and gave informed consent prior to participation. Participation was voluntary, and confidentiality and anonymity were ensured.
