: This study was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. Permission was obtained from the Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Health Sciences at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University in order to conduct the study. (E-84892257-300-327331). Data were collected using an online survey consisting of a demographic information form and the Manager Nurse Work Environment Scale (MNWES). The NWSES was developed by Warshawskyet al. [15] in 2013 and adapted into Turkish by Tosun and Yıldırım [32]. The scale and subscales are evaluated on an average score, with scores closer to six indicating more positive perceptions of the work environment. The Cronbach’s alpha value for the general scale was 0.97 in the original study [15] and 0.96 in the Turkish adaptation study [32]. In this study, the Cronbach’s alpha value of the scale was determined to be 0.96. The data were analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics, V. 22.0 and Jamovi 2.7.18 for Windows software packages. Descriptive statistical values were presented as frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The normality of the data distribution was assessed using Skewness and Kurtosis values, and the variables were found to be normally distributed. Parametric methods were used in the analysis of the data. Independent groups t-tests, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), and post hoc (Tukey, LSD) analyses were used to compare the mean scale and subscale scores according to the participants’ descriptive characteristics. The relationship between the subscales was examined using Pearson correlation analysis. Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient was calculated to assess scale reliability. The statistical significance level was set at p < 0.05. Before participation, all participants were presented with the study information online. Electronic informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to their enrollment in the study. Participants were asked to complete the online questionnaires independently and anonymously. The questionnaire and scale used in this study were published in the study by Tosun and Yıldırım [32].
