: Before starting the research, ethics committee approval was obtained from Adıyaman University’s Social and Human Sciences Ethics Committee with decision number 29/11/2023- 477. The purpose of the study was explained to the participants, and written informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to their participation in the study.The procedures used in this study adhere to the tenets of the Declaration of Helsinki. Institutional permission was obtained from the heads of midwifery and nursing departments of the Faculty of Health Sciences.
