Ethics approval and consent to participate: This study titled “Research on Blended Teaching Readiness of Nursing Teachers” has obtained the rapid review approval from the Ethics Committee of the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Chinese Medicine (Acceptance/Approval No.: 2024HL-503; Approval Date: December 3, 2024). The research strictly adheres to the ethical guidelines specified in the Declaration of Helsinki and relevant institutional regulations. Prior to data collection, detailed research information was provided to all participating nursing teachers, and their written informed consent was obtained in accordance with the Informed Consent Form for Non-interventional Clinical Research (Teacher Version). Personal information of participants has been anonymized during data processing, and all collected data are only used for academic analysis of this study, with strict compliance with data confidentiality principles. Participants retain the right to voluntarily participate in or withdraw from the study at any time, and such decisions will not cause any adverse impacts on them. The study has obtained informed consent from all participating teachers and students, and informed consent forms have been filled out.
