: Ethical clearance and approval were obtained from the Ethical Review Committee of Wolaita Sodo University College of Health Science and Medicine (Ref. No. CRCSD4/1993/2011). Official letters of cooperation were sent to all public hospitals participating in this study, and formal permission was secured from each to conduct the research. All methods were carried out in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards. Informed written consent was acquired from all participants after they received a detailed explanation of the study’s objectives and nature. Participants were informed of the right to withdraw or to interrupt their participation at any time without penalty or loss of benefits. Confidentiality was maintained throughout the research process by assigning code identification to participants instead of using their names.
