Ethics approval and consent to participate: The research was conducted in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki and was approved by the Ethics Committee for Non-Interventional Research at Istanbul Gelisim University (Decision No: 2024-20-02, Date: 19/12/2024). The purpose, scope and confidentiality principles of the study were explained to the participants; informed consent was obtained on the basis of voluntary participation. All data were anonymised, participants were coded as N1–N24, stored in secure environments and made accessible only to the researchers.
