Ethics approval and consent to participate: Based on the guidelines issued by the Research Ethics Committee at Åbo Akademi University, no ethical pre-assessment was required for this study. The study applied for and was granted research permission by the Department of Research, Development and Innovation at the Wellbeing Services County of Ostrobothnia (5179/13.01/2024). The study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and the ethical principles of The Finnish National Board on Research Integrity (TENK) [53]. A data management plan and a data protection notice were developed. The participants received, alongside with the data protection note, written information about the study in advance, including that their participation was anonymous and voluntary, and that they had the right to withdraw from the study at any time. Written informed consent—or oral informed consent when the interview was conducted digitally—was obtained from all participants. The study was reported in accordance with the Consolidated Criteria for Reporting Qualitative Research (COREQ) guidelines [54].
