: Ethical approval (E-41901325-200-30561, 22.03.2022) was obtained from the Non-Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Research Ethics Committee. Participants were informed about the study and interview recordings, and due to pandemic restrictions, verbal consent was audio-recorded at the start of each session. Interviews were conducted in private settings to ensure confidentiality, and each participant was assigned a unique code. All identifiers were removed during transcription and analysis, and data were securely stored on password-protected, encrypted devices accessible only to the research team. Participation was voluntary, with no impact on student status. The study followed the Declaration of Helsinki and institutional ethical guidelines.
