Ethics approval and consent to participate: This study received approval on 04/01/2024, numbered 2024-1/1, from the Atatürk University Faculty of Medicine Ethics Committee. Before enrollment, all eligible students received verbal and written information about the study. Students who voluntarily agreed to participate signed a written informed consent form before any study procedures were performed. After providing written informed consent, participants completed the Personal Information Form and the baseline assessments.
