Ethics approval and consent to participate: The study received ethical approval from the Institutional Review Board of the Division of Education, University of Education, Lahore, Pakistan, (Approval No. UE/DOE/IRB/2024/145) on June 10, 2024. All procedures complied with the ethical principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki. Permission for data collection was granted by the administrations of two participating medical institute in Multan, South Punjab. Written informed consent was also obtained from all participants, with the consent form integrated into the questionnaire. The form clearly stated that participation was voluntary, responses would remain confidential, and participants could withdraw from the study at any time if they had any ethical concerns.
