Ethics approval and consent to participate: The present study was reviewed and approved by the ethics committee of the King Abdullah International Medical Research Center (KAIMRC). Before the study began, the objectives were explained and written informed consent was obtained from all participating nurses. Participants were informed about the study’s purpose and scope, assured that participation was voluntary, and informed that they could withdraw from the study at any time without any consequences. All procedures were carried out in accordance with the committee’s approval and the principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki.
