: Brunel University Research Ethics Committee (UK) reviewed this research and gave full ethical clearance. Respective authorities in sample countries (Ethik-Kommission, Bayerische Landesärztekammer fromGermany, Egészségügyi Tudományos Tanács, Tudományosés Kutatásetikai Bizottság from Hungary, Parc de SalutMAR - Clinical Research Ethics Committee from Spain and Medisch-ethische toetsingscommissie (METC) azM/UMfrom the Netherlands) also provided clearance. Prospective participants were approached via an introductory email requesting their participation in the study. They were given the information about the project and the confidentiality of their involvement. Respondents were recruited once they consented to participate.
