Ethics approval and consent to participate
: According to the Dutch Medical Research Involving Human Subjects Act this study does not require ethics approval. Participants were GPs and participated on a voluntarily basis. Participants were informed on how we protect their personal data. We stated in our communication (website, invitation letter and survey) to the participants that all (personal) data, including their email address and phone number, would off course be treated confidentially and would only be used for this research. By responding to our invitation and completing the survey, the GPs consented with participation. The procedure for a secure data-transfer between the respondents, NIVEL and the SMS service provider was described in a separate agreement between NIVEL and the SMS service provider. The names and addresses we used to invite the participants were protected by a privacy statement of the NIVEL-registration of Dutch GPs:ExternalRef removed
