: CH was the Director of the Centre for Clinical Effectiveness and the SHARE Program Director. CH completed the SHARE publications as part of an unfunded PhD. MG was CCE Senior Project Officer. RK was Director of the Medicine Program, Chair of the Technology/Clinical Practice Committee, member of the SHARE Steering Committee and co-supervisor of CH’s PhD.
