: This study reports on a secondary data analysis of the World Bank’s publicly available Service Delivery Indicator survey data. Data collection methods for the survey included participant informed consent and data are reported without identifiers. The National Health Research Ethics Committee of Nigeria, Federal Ministry of Health approved the data collection study protocol. The Johns Hopkins University IRB approved the data analysis presented in this study.
