: Ethical approval was obtained from the University of Botswana ethical committee (UBR/RES/IRB/1720), The Ministry of Health (HPDME:13/18/1 Vol. X (664) and the management of SPH (SPH4/2/121(40). The purpose of the study was thoroughly explained to every eligible interviewee, and a written informed consent was obtained from everyone who agreed to participate before embarking on the study.
