Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The study was undertaken in compliance with national legislation and the ethical principles for medical research stated in the Declaration of Helsinki []. The study was approved by the Danish Data Protection Agency (file.no. 2015–57-0002), and data collection and data handling were performed in accordance with their guidelines. According to Danish law, no ethical approval from the regional Committee on Health Research Ethics was needed for this study as no biomedical intervention was performed.In accordance with existing guidelines and research ethics, all interviewees received written information about the study and gave verbal consent before initiation of the study. All participants were informed about the purpose of the study, anonymity, that participation was voluntary, and that participants could withdraw from the study at any time.
