: This study was approved by the Ethics Committee in Human Research of the Ethics Commission in Experimental Research of the University of Valencia, Spain. They issued a favourable report since the fundamental principles of the Declaration of Helsinki and the European Convention on Human Rights were respected and the report fulfilled all the requirements established the Spanish legislation in the field of biomedical research, the system of protection of personal data and the bioethics.All respondents were formally informed about the extent and purpose of the research, and their participation was voluntary and contingent on their personal oral consent. All the questionnaires were anonymous and participants could not be identified in any way. To that end, a single key number was assigned to each questionnaire. The participation was voluntary in all cases.
