Ethics approval and consent to participate

: According to Swedish legislation [ CitationRef removed ], no formal approval from the Regional Ethics Review Board was needed for this project, but the ethics of scientific work [ CitationRef removed ] was followed in all steps of the work. The informants were included after verbal informed consent. They were informed - both verbally and in writing - that participation was voluntary and possible to withdraw at any time. The information also emphasized that data would be handled confidentially and that the reporting of results should be done so that identification of the informants was not possible.
