Ethics approval and consent to participate

: The ethical committee in Lund decided that there was no need for an ethics review regarding the descriptive part of the study (reference number 2015/858). Heads of primary care units gave written approval for medical record reviewing. An approval for medical record reviewing was also obtained within the overall quality improvement project. It is not possible to identify any individual patient whose medical records was reviewed.The survey was part of a quality improvement project within the regional health care organisation. The use of the survey results for research was approved by the head of the health care organisation. Since the survey was part of a quality improvement project there was no written or verbal participant consent but participation was voluntary. No patients were included and the answers were analysed without risk of identifying any primary care centre nor individual respondent.
