Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The study protocols for the LCS received ethics review and approval from the Norwegian Social Science Data Services and relevant officials within each country. Ethics approval for this study (i.e., conducting secondary analysis on both sets of data) was received from the Faculty of Health Sciences Human Research Ethics Committee, University of Cape Town (Ref: 836/2015). These data provided by SINTEF were de-identified to ensure the privacy of survey participants by removing names, contact information, unique identifiers, and any other information that could identify individuals.
