: This study was approved by the Applied Science Private University Ethics Committee (Ethical Approval number: DRG-2014-2015-162). This is a service evaluation project that is based on collecting certain data to improve antibiotic prescribing practices. There were no interventions applied to patients, and no recruitment to take place, therefore, patients’ consent was not required.
