: Ethical approval was obtained for the study from the Committee on Human Research Publication and Ethics (CHRPE) of KNUST/KATH and the Research and Development Unit (R&D) of KATH. Participants were taken through an informed consent process during which adequate information concerning the study was given and they were assured that the study was non-threatening. Furthermore participants either appended their signature or thumbprint to the consent form if they agreed to be part of the study. To ensure anonymity of data, identifiers were excluded from questionnaire and participants were reassured on confidentiality.
