: This study received ethical approval from The AIDS Support Organization (TASO) Research and Ethics Committee in Kampala, Uganda, and Uganda National Council for Science and Technology. Permission to carry out the study was also obtained from the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Mulago National Referral Hospital. All participants in the FGDs gave written informed consent.
