Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The original study which the current study originated from was presented for the Regional Ethic Committee in South-East in June 2015. Their decision was that the project fell outside the scope of the Health Research Act, cf. section 2, and therefore could be implemented without approval by the Regional Ethical Committee. The project was thus sent to the Data Protection Official at Oslo University Hospital, who approved the original project (ref.no: 2015/16099). In June 2016, an additional request was sent to the Data Protection Officer regarding development of the Quality Indicator Set and the additional data collection in the original project. The additional data collection was approved in August 11th 2016 (same ref.no as the previous decision). All participants provided written consent to participate in the pilot test.
