Ethics approval and consent to participate
: This proposal has received ethics approval from the Makerere University School of Public Health Higher Degrees Research and Ethics Committee (reference number 624) and the Uganda National Council for Science and Technology (reference number HS 2477). All participants will be requested to consent before enrolment into the study. All participant information will be kept confidential and accessible only to the key investigative team.
