Ethics approval and consent to participate
: This nationwide physician survey samples resuscitation practices with the goal of providing insights of resuscitation protocols at the physician institute. As no patient related data have been collected a formal IRB approval or waiver was not required to perform this survey. No Dutch legislation on human research is applicable to this type of research. This research does not meet any criteria for the Dutch Research in Human Subjects Acts (WMO). The survey has been conducted in accordance with privacy legislation (AVG) and ethical guidelines.
