: The local University Institutional Review Board (IRB) (CEISH-UDLA) in accordance with the national guidelines ruled that no formal ethics approval was required in this particular case.According to the National Regulatory Board from the Minister of Public Health (MoPH), observational studies that are not using biological samples or patient identifiable information do not require approval as indicated in the following government official website: .According to national regulations, the CEISH-UDLA deemed unnecessary to fill in a physical informed consent form due to the nature of the online anonymous questionnaire. Therefore, online informed consent was gained, through agreeing with the purpose of the study using a mandatory tick box option. If not agreed, the full questionnaire was not disclosed and the survey neither any information from the participant was recorded.
