: The Research Subjects Review Board at the University of Rochester approved this study on July 24, 2014.We had a waiver of consent and waiver of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) authorization to view records in NYSIIS to figure out for all kids what their vaccination status was. If parents wished to have their child vaccinated at SLIV clinics, they signed a form to do so and at the same time they were informed of the purposes of our study. Participation in SLIV clinics was voluntary.
