Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Ethical clearance was obtained from Excellency in Research Ethics and Science (ERES) CONVERGE (I.R.B No. 00005948; Ref. No. 2014-May-024). Permission was also obtained from Military authorities for the use of the study site.During data collection, both written and oral consents were sought from the participants before the interviews clearly explaining the objectives of the study. Participants were informed that they were at liberty to withdraw from the study at any point. Informants were also assured of confidentiality during the analysis and subsequent publication of the findings.
