Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The ethical approval for our study was granted from the Medical and Health Research Ethics Committee of the Universitas Gadjah Mada as well as the Ethical Review Board of the Nepal Health Research Council at Nepal. Organizational clearances were obtained from NTC and DPHO, Kathmandu for conducting this study. Written Informed consent was taken from respondents for the interview before data collection. District Public Health Office approval was taken prior to the patients data from TB register.
