Ethics approval and consent to participate
: This study was about organization auditing, definition of a new organization and evaluation of the new organization. It did not directly intrude with patient’s care. Therefore, according to the French regulation, ethics committee approval and patient consent were not required (Law No. 2004–806 of 9 August 2004 on public health policy). However, this study was approved by the local Health, Safety and Working Condition Committee in date of 5th October 2011.
