Ethics approval and consent to participate

: The ACCEPt study was approved by the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners National Research and Evaluation Ethics Committee and the Aboriginal Health and Medical Research Council of NSW Human Research Ethics Committee. Written informed consent was obtained from all survey participants. General Practices provided administrative permission to install the GHRANITE software at their practice, and all General Practitioners enrolled in the study consented to the extraction of patient medical records recorded under their provider number.
