Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The respondents gave their consent by completing the survey. Further, they were able to choose which questions to answer. The respondents were informed that the results of the study would be analysed at the group level; that no individual would be able to be identified; and that data would be used for research purposes only. According to national regulations ethical approval is not required for surveys on health care professionals when no sensitive personal data is obtained [].
