Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Research design and methods were approved by the Directorate General for Education and Research, Lombardy Region. Verbal consent to participate was provided by all participants prior to the beginning of the research. All interviewees were informed regarding the purpose of the study, research details, funding source as well as expected outputs.The article does not report the results of a health care intervention on human participants, therefore the material used in the research did not need ethical approval in Italy.
