Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The Regional Committees for Research Ethics in Norway found that the study was not governed by the Health Research Act. The Norwegian Social Science Data Services approved the study (NSD, ID 52324). The study followed the Helsinki Declaration, and all participants gave their written informed consent. Participants were informed that their responses to the questionnaire were confidential, and only available to the researchers. The informed consent statement was provided at the very beginning of the electronic questionnaire, stating that participants consented to participate by responding to the questionnaire.
