: The Scientific and Ethics Committees of the four participating hospitals approved the study protocol.All participating professionals have signed an informed consent. Eligible patients are being verbally informed by their rheumatologist as well as in writing, and written informed consent is being obtained prior to enrolment. Patients may withdraw from the study at any time, during recruitment or follow-up, and all data collected will be treated as confidential.We obtained permission from the EuroQoL Research Foundation to use the EQ-5D-5 L. We are using a SLAQ version that is being validated by this research group.
